Yes. For those purchasing the larger unit packages, there is already a built in pricing discount of 20%-25% over the smaller unit packages (may not be available on all items). However, for those also purchasing in larger dollar amounts, we have several additional discount levels as indicated below:

No. While we prefer that you have either a business license or reseller’s certificate to purchase at these wholesale prices, we also realize that there are a large number of legitimate crafters who either have exempt status or purchase product for use in making items for resale or donation. For Washington State residents, however, we do need a copy of your valid Reseller’s Certificate e-mailed or faxed to us at the time of order or we must charge state sales tax.
Yes. We prefer that you use the shopping cart and print that out first to make sure you have all the pertinent information in front of you. However, we’ll be happy to take your order in whatever way works best for you.

It’s been our experience that customers prefer to pay actual shipping charges, which are based on the dollar amount total and weight of their specific order. Since we deal with a lot of hand made items which vary in weight even when the quantities are the same, we have you send us your shopping cart order first so we can calculate the actual weight of your specific order. We then send you an order confirmation, which includes handling and shipping charges plus state sales tax, if applicable. PLEASE NOTE: Sending us your shopping cart does not obligate you to purchase since you will be given a chance to cancel the order when you receive the order confirmation.
Yes. There is a $3.00 handling charge on all orders regardless of the total number of items ordered or the total dollar amount of the product order. Also, for Washington State residents who do not e-mail or fax us a valid Reseller’s Certificate at the time of order, state sales tax will be added.
For domestic shipping, we use either UPS or USPS. For international shipping, we only use USPS. Since customers are responsible for actual shipping charges, we do our very best to use whichever options within UPS and USPS that allow for the lowest possible charges. With regards to international shipping, please note that we are not repsonsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be incurred. Also, we can inform you of the USPS estimated delivery date but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date since delays, although infrequent, can happen and are usually due to packages being held up at customs.
Yes. Items may be returned but for credit only (NO refunds). In order to receive credit, items must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date and must still be in the original unopened package. There is no credit for handling and shipping charges.
No. Based on the majority of items we carry and where we’ve obtained them from (many are from bulk buyouts, one-of-a-kind sales, stores going out of business, etc.), we cannot guarantee ever being able to find the same items once we’ve sold out. Therefore, our policy is that all items are limited to quantities on hand.
Many of our beads are weigh counted so, as with other businesses, the actual count may vary slightly from the stated count due to size and variance, especially on hand made beads. If you feel that the count is too far off, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve the issue with you.
No. Items cannot be mixed or matched unless otherwise noted.
Slight variances in color occur from batch to batch, much the same as yarn or material. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that every batch will match exactly with the previous one. If you are working on a major project, be sure to order enough at one time to complete the project.
